About Krueger Consulting
Krueger Consulting (KC) brings extensive experience in assisting organizations in defining success and developing systems that match the uniqueness of their programs to ensure what matters is measured.
The team is made up of two evaluation consultants whose skills align to support organizations in measuring for program improvements and reporting. Brad brings skills in simplifying the complex through strong project management and program design theory as well as experience in facilitation and planning. Meghan carries deep expertise in change management work in addition to database development and maintaining strong reporting to state and federal funders.
Brad Krueger
Brad is a passionate, equity-focused, relationship-centric evaluator. He thrives on building systems to collect, review, and present data. His years of experience, working with county health departments, large and small nonprofits, as well as state agencies, has allowed him to interact with diverse stakeholders and audiences. He humbly embraces opportunities to support disenfranchised groups and individuals.
Meghan Adams
Meghan is a practitioner of equitable evaluation, rooted in community engagement and culture, and emphasizes usability to improve the lives of others. She is experienced in designing data collection instruments, including case management and electronic health records, conducting community needs and readiness assessments, database integration, and developing evaluation protocols to support organizations in making data-driven decisions. Her previous experience in consulting and addiction recovery services have supported her passion for using data and evaluation efforts to reduce health disparities.
