All your favorite software will be using AI, fully. In some cases, you may notice, in others you will have no idea.
Your organization will have staff using AI in all sorts of ways, some good, some bad. Staff will continue bringing their own tools to work, even paying for plans themselves because of the benefits.
Larger non-profits will begin selecting tool(s) for the organization, customizing it for their use, providing training, and implementing policies and procedures around using it well. Smaller organizations will depend on an AI Champion to teach colleagues how to use tools for finite tasks.
By the end of the year, we will all be sick of hearing the words/phrases (even though they may be important!): RAG, agents, leverage, most capable model to date, AI literacy, and human in the loop.
